The Noble Ballerina

Defying splintering shards your noble breast
Expands boldly towards a wicked guest
And he who would knife your wounded heart
Recoils in fear of you pure art

Your brave and swelling ribs are shields
Enough to make tormenters yield
You breathe in essence from the ground
It rises, crystals fly around

I watch your face and wonder if
Despite it's strong and brace motif
Cupid's fine and feathery pins
Have already entered keenly in

Has love moved you to sad despair
Have love knots tangled up your hair
What paramour has brushed your cheek with kiss
What steady grip has pulled your slender wrist

You practice silently and sure
Spinning, brushing patterns on the floor
With your precious sable toes
Rainbow colors into vapours flow

I see an aura melting on you skin
Glistening pearls of sweat falling
As I regard the noblesse of your face
I wonder how this beauty can be traced

You dance your blood pulse deeper into mine
Entice and sound your yearnings in my veins
For I am old and weak for loves express
Your body's form my thoughts can soon undress

Your toes dance gayly upon my thighs
And fingers pluck my gaping eyes
My dry bones spin unconsciously round
Inside your passionate melt I pound

You are a white rock dancing on waves
Whirling in a ocean of dark caves
You are a maiden rising from the sea
In spiraling pirouettes of eternity
